Upon completing the procedure, the teeth can be six to eight shades brighter. 

• Take-Home Teeth Whitening Kits 

This method of whitening is apt if you are not in a hurry to have your teeth whitened instantly. It involves taking impressions of your teeth to design the customized trays. A kit consisting of a whitening gel is provided, along with instructions on placing tiny drops of gel in the trays. These trays should be worn for about half an hour daily. At the end of two weeks, your teeth will be brilliantly white.
